Everything between the app and our servers is encrypted, on top of the usual HTTPS. You decide what reaches each ring: your family never sees your community posts, the community never sees your medicines. We don’t sell data and we don’t show ads.

Yes. Reminders, family profiles and the community are free, and there are no ads. We will never show ads based on your health.
Yes. Add up to 9 family members to your account. Each person has their own medicines and reminders, and every notification says who the dose is for.
Your medicines and family are never shown in the community. Your conditions stay private unless you switch one to “Shown in community”. You can post anonymously in groups, and anyone unkind can be reported in two taps.
No. The rule here is “share experiences, not prescriptions”. Members share what life with a condition is like; only your doctor decides your treatment.
Yes. Reminders are saved on your phone and ring on time even offline. Anything you mark while offline is sent when you’re back online.
We’re starting with clinics that use EMRDoctor: you’ll scan the QR code on your prescription and it will appear in the app with reminders ready. We’ll announce it in the app when your clinic can connect.
No. myVelCare helps you follow what your doctor prescribed and learn from others’ experiences. Never change a dose without asking your doctor.
In the app: Me → Delete account. Your profile, family members, medicines, reminders and posts are deleted. You can also email info@vallixo.com.
